Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If unsuccessful:
👉 Order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
- Failed Delivery & RTO (VERY IMPORTANT)
An order may be returned (RTO) due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer not available
- Customer refuses delivery
- Contact number unreachable
8.1 Charges in RTO Cases
👉 Customer will be responsible for:
- Forward shipping charges
- Return (RTO) shipping charges
8.2 Re-dispatch of Order
If customer wants re-delivery:
- Additional shipping charges will apply
- Payment must be made in advance
- Incorrect Address Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate:
- Address
- PIN code
- Contact details
👉 We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect details.
- Damaged / Tampered Package
If you receive:
- Torn package
- Leakage
- Tampered seal
👉 DO NOT accept delivery
👉 Inform us immediately with:
- Photos and videos

👉 Replacement/refund will be arranged after verification
- Lost Shipment
If your order is lost in transit:
- We will investigate with courier partner
- Resolution may take 5–10 working days
