1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you with alternatives or a full refund.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 may apply for orders below ₹499.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional service charge (displayed at checkout).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package using the courier’s tracking system or directly from your account on our website.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

In case of a delayed or lost shipment:

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • Notify us immediately with photos at info@purixawipes.com so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Change of Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing the order.

  • Address changes after order confirmation are not guaranteed and are subject to courier partner policies.
